Avoid direct harsh sun right away, especially after shipping.
Do not keep cuttings sitting in wet soil, as this can cause rot.

What if there is shipping stress?

Do I need a heat pack?
If your local temperature is below 40°F, we strongly recommend adding a heat pack. Cold damage can happen during transit or after delivery if the package sits outside.
What if something arrives damaged?
Please message us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged cuttings, outer box, packaging materials, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help according to our live plant policy.
Are returns accepted?
Because these are live plant cuttings, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is a serious issue with your order.
What is not considered damage?
Natural size variation, color variation, short stems, callusing, minor cosmetic marks, loose leaves, and slight shipping stress are normal for live succulent cuttings and are not considered damage.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
TLGSStore is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
