IMPORTANT BAREROOT SHIPPING NOTE
This plant ships bareroot. That means it will arrive without a pot and without loose soil around the roots.
Bareroot shipping is commonly used for succulents because it helps reduce mess, lowers the risk of soil-related rot during transit, and makes the plant easier to inspect and repot after arrival.
Some roots may be dry, trimmed, or have small amounts of soil attached when the plant arrives. This is normal for bareroot succulents and does not mean the plant is unhealthy.
The nursery pot shown in photos is not included.
CARE AFTER ARRIVAL
Open your package as soon as it arrives.
Remove the plant gently from the packing material.
Place the bareroot succulent in bright indirect light for 1–2 days before potting.
Plant in dry, well-draining cactus or succulent soil.
Do not water immediately after potting.
Wait about 5–7 days before watering to allow the roots to adjust.
After that, water only when the soil is completely dry.
LIGHT AND COLOR
Echeveria Olivia may show green leaves with pink, red, or scarlet-tipped edges depending on season, light exposure, temperature, and growing conditions.
Color may look softer or greener after shipping or during lower-light seasons. Brighter edge color usually returns gradually with proper bright light.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Your plant will be packed carefully and shipped bareroot.
Minor leaf marks, lower leaf loss, dry roots, loose soil, or slight shipping stress may occur during transit. This is normal for live succulents and usually does not affect the health of the plant.
Please open your package promptly after delivery. Do not leave live plants in a hot mailbox, cold mailbox, porch, or sealed box for an extended time.
COLD WEATHER NOTICE
Please check your local weather before ordering. If temperatures in your area are below 40°F, we strongly recommend adding a heat pack to your order for safer delivery.
Live plants can be damaged by freezing temperatures during transit or after delivery if left outside. We pack carefully, but we cannot control carrier delays, mailbox conditions, weather exposure, or how long a package sits outside after delivery.
FAQ
Is this plant shipped in a pot?
No. This Echeveria Olivia ships bareroot. The pot shown in photos is for display and growing reference only and is not included.
What does bareroot mean?
Bareroot means the plant ships without a pot and without loose soil around the roots. The roots are protected during packing and the plant is ready to repot when it arrives.
Will I receive the exact plant shown?
Photos are examples of the size, color, and style of Echeveria Olivia you may receive. Your exact plant may vary because each live succulent is unique.
Will it be a cluster?
Some plants may have multiple rosettes or offsets, while others may be smaller or less clustered depending on availability and maturity. Rosette count and fullness are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed before purchase.
Why are the roots dry?
Dry roots are normal for bareroot succulents. Succulents travel best when dry and should be potted in dry succulent soil after arrival.
When should I water it?
Do not water immediately after arrival. Pot the plant in dry succulent soil, allow it to settle for about 5–7 days, then water only when the soil is fully dry.
What if some lower leaves fall off?
A few loose, dry, or stressed lower leaves can happen during shipping. This is normal for live succulents and usually does not affect the plant’s health.
Why is the color different from the photo?
Succulent color changes with season, light, temperature, and growing conditions. Echeveria Olivia may appear greener after shipping or in lower light. Pink or scarlet tips usually become stronger with bright light.
Are returns accepted?
Because this is a live plant, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is a serious issue with your order.
What should I do if the plant arrives damaged?
Please message us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant, outer box, packaging materials, and shipping label. We will review the issue according to our live plant policy.

Well-grown, full pot; no blemishes. More than pleased with "Olivia." I have received the most wonderful plants from Manette and the ones in this order are no exception. Well-packed for protection and quickly shipped. I have three sellers I know I can depend on for quality. TLGSStore is one of them. I've just placed another order.
