• Q3: Leaves fell off during shipping; what should I do?
Leaf drop during transit is normal. Many fallen leaves can be propagated into new plants. If significant damage occurs, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
• Q4: What if my package is delayed or lost?
Carrier delays occasionally occur and are outside our control. Please contact your local postal service if your package shows delivered but hasn't arrived. We do not cover delays, lost, or stolen packages.
• Q5: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Changes cannot be accommodated after the shipping label is printed. Verify your details carefully before placing your order.
• Q6: My cuttings arrived damaged due to weather—what now?
Weather-related damages are not covered unless protective shipping options were selected. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

Refunds are not issued for live plants. If there is an issue on our end, contact us immediately upon delivery with clear photos.

If your plant arrives cold or appears damaged due to exposure to low temperatures, please bring it inside immediately and allow it to acclimate to room temperature. Item was not shipped until after I complained. Seller blamed postal service. Seller shipped shortly before blaming postal service. Seller shorted my order on variegated hearts and turtles. Seller did get back to me quick upon complaint
