A: No. Each arrangement is handmade using live plants. Succulent varieties, tones, and growth patterns vary by season and availability. Your arrangement will match the size, scale, fullness, and overall design style shown, but it will not be an exact replica.
Q: Why do some succulents have marks or imperfect leaves?
A: Minor cosmetic marks, healed scars, or outer leaf blemishes are normal for live succulents and do not affect plant health. These are not considered defects.
Q: What if some leaves fall off during shipping?
A: Light leaf drop is normal during transit and does not indicate damage. Leaf loss alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after purchasing?
A: Cancellations or changes are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order is received, preparation begins immediately. Orders cannot be canceled or modified after the 2-hour window, regardless of shipping status.

A: Yes. Buyers who need faster delivery must contact us before or immediately after placing the order to request a paid shipping upgrade.

Shipping upgrades affect transit time only and do not reduce the 3–5 business day processing time.
Q: Are you responsible for courier delays?

A: Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only considered for verified transit damage reported within 24 hours and supported by required photos.
Q: Are returns accepted?
A: No. Live plants are final sale and cannot be returned.

Still have yet to receive item. When inquiring about when it would be sent out I was told next day it was scheduled for pick up yet original delivery date stated by the 17th. This was a gift and I got in response was ‘oh, sorry’. Highly disappointed in this business and how they work with high paying customers. Update: my sister in law finally got it delivered 4/22. I have to say it is beautiful. I updated from 1 to 3 stars because it is worth every penny and she used beautiful succulents, still not satisfied with shipping. Just take note how long the seller gets the arrangement out and plan accordingly.
