IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT LIVE CUTTINGS
These are live unrooted succulent cuttings, not rooted plants.
Some cuttings may arrive with short stems, natural callusing, minor cosmetic marks, slight color variation, or small size differences. This is normal for live succulent cuttings and does not affect propagation.
Succulent color, size, shape, and fullness may vary depending on season, temperature, light exposure, plant maturity, and current availability.
Some varieties may appear greener during shipping or when grown in lower light. Brighter colors often return gradually with proper light exposure.
HOW TO PROPAGATE
Place cuttings on top of dry, well-draining succulent soil.
Do not water immediately after arrival. Allow the cuttings to rest and adjust for a few days.
Begin lightly misting or watering only after roots start to form.
Keep in bright indirect light while they establish. Avoid direct harsh sun right away, especially after shipping.
Use a shallow container, tray, terrarium, or small pot with good drainage whenever possible.
Propagation time varies by variety, temperature, season, and growing conditions. Some cuttings root quickly, while others take longer.
CARE TIPS
Use well-draining cactus or succulent soil.
Provide bright indirect light.
Avoid overwatering.
Do not keep cuttings sitting in wet soil.
Allow airflow around the cuttings.
Protect from frost, extreme heat, and direct harsh afternoon sun.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Cuttings are packed dry to reduce the risk of rot during shipping.
Some loose leaves, minor bruising, small marks, or normal shipping stress may occur during transit. This is common with live plants and does not mean the cuttings are unhealthy.
Please open your package as soon as it arrives. Do not leave live plants in a hot mailbox, cold mailbox, porch, or sealed box for an extended time.
After opening, place your cuttings in bright indirect light and allow them to rest before watering.
COLD WEATHER NOTE
If temperatures in your area are below 40°F, please consider adding a heat pack from our shop.
Live plants can be damaged by freezing temperatures during transit. We pack carefully, but we cannot control carrier delays, mailbox conditions, weather exposure, or how long a package sits outside after delivery.
GIFT NOTE
This succulent cuttings kit makes a thoughtful gift for plant lovers, beginners, crafters, teachers, party hosts, and anyone who enjoys creating mini gardens or propagation projects.
If this is a gift, please make sure the recipient is available to receive and open the package promptly.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are these rooted plants?
No. These are live unrooted succulent cuttings. They are intended for propagation, terrariums, crafts, and DIY planting projects.
Will I receive the exact cuttings shown in the photos?
Photos are examples of the type, size, and style of cuttings you may receive. Your exact cuttings may vary depending on seasonal availability. Each order is hand-selected for variety, color, and texture.
Why do the cuttings ship dry?
Succulent cuttings ship best when dry. Dry packing helps reduce the risk of rot during transit. Please do not water immediately after arrival.
When should I water them?
Wait until the cuttings have rested for a few days. Begin lightly misting or watering only after roots start to form. Overwatering too soon can cause rot.
How long does it take for cuttings to root?
Rooting time varies by variety, temperature, season, humidity, and light. Some cuttings root quickly, while others may take several weeks.
Why are some cuttings smaller than others?
Succulent cuttings naturally vary in size and shape. Mini cuttings, rosette cuttings, aeonium cuttings, and assorted cuttings all grow differently. Size variation is normal.
Why are some cuttings green instead of colorful?
Succulent color changes with season, light, temperature, and growing conditions. Some varieties become greener during shipping or lower light conditions. Brighter colors often return gradually with proper bright light.
Can I plant them right away?
Yes, you may place them on top of dry succulent soil after arrival. Do not bury the entire cutting deeply. Allow airflow and avoid wet soil while they are settling.
Can I use these for terrariums?
Yes. These cuttings are great for open terrariums, fairy gardens, small planters, crafts, and propagation trays. For best results, use well-draining soil and avoid closed terrariums with too much moisture.
What should I do when my package arrives?
Open the package right away. Remove the cuttings gently, place them in bright indirect light, and allow them to rest before watering.
What if there is shipping stress?
Minor shipping stress, loose leaves, small marks, or slight bending can happen with live plants. This is normal and does not usually affect propagation.
What if my package is delayed?
Carrier delays are outside our control, but succulent cuttings are packed dry to help them travel safely. Please open the package promptly once delivered.
Do I need a heat pack?
If your local temperature is below 40°F, we strongly recommend adding a heat pack. Cold damage can happen during transit or after delivery if the package sits outside.
Can I request specific varieties?
You may leave a note with your preference, and we will do our best when available. Specific varieties are not guaranteed unless clearly stated in the selected option.
Are returns accepted?
Because these are live plant cuttings, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is a serious issue with your order and include clear photos of the cuttings, packaging, and shipping label.
What is not considered damage?
Natural size variation, color variation, short stems, callusing, minor cosmetic marks, loose leaves, or slight shipping stress are normal for live succulent cuttings and are not considered damage.

Great job with packaging and shipping. No complaints there. Disappointed in the variety though. Great quantity but just a handful of unique and different succulents. I wanted variety, not 4 or 5 of the same kind of succulents. Will be my first and last order. Good luck.
