Each planter is carefully packed for shipping. Some minor soil movement or plant shifting can happen during transit because this is a live planted item.
Please open the package as soon as it arrives and remove the plant carefully.
If shipping during cold weather, heat packs are recommended for locations below 40°F.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged. Send clear photos of the box, label, packaging, pot, and plant so we can review the issue and help.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather exposure after delivery, or packages left outside, but we will do our best to help when photos are provided promptly.
