This is an easy-care gift, but live succulents still need light and proper watering.

Each order is carefully packed for shipping. Some minor soil movement or plant shifting can happen during transit when ordering the live arrangement option because this is a live planted item.

Please open the package as soon as it arrives and remove the item carefully.

If shipping during cold weather, heat packs are recommended for locations below 40°F.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged. Send clear photos of the box, label, packaging, pot, and plant if applicable so we can review the issue and help.

Live plants are natural items. Variation in succulent color, size, shape, and variety is expected and is not considered damage.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather exposure after delivery, or packages left outside, but we will do our best to help when photos are provided promptly.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for damage caused by extreme weather conditions during transit, as we are not aware of the specific weather conditions at each location. We recommend that customers consider their local climate and shipping times when placing an order. What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

TLGSStore is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

We may request clear photos of the damaged plant and packaging to assess the situation. What happens if my package gets lost during shipping?
